Expected Duration: Approximately 6 hours

Implementing a sophisticated enterprise-wide solution such as Kantata can have a significant impact on an organization.  This course introduces students to the concept of change management for integrating the transition of people, processes and technology from the current “as-is” state to ensure a successful implementation of the Kantata solution.  By focusing on change management, an organization can cohesively and proactively manage change.  

Project managers, functional line managers, and project team members will be introduced to concepts and best practices associated with change management and will be presented with information in order to be better prepared to deal with change, overcome obstacles limiting change, and be introduced to best practices for dealing with change-related scenarios.

  • Have basic knowledge of basic company-wide communications and operations.
  • Working knowledge of key systems and personnel at the organizational level.
