Course Description

Expected Duration: Approximately 60 minutes

Whether your project is a large-scale software implementation for a high profile client, or a smaller internal project, you’ll need resources to complete the required work. Creating an estimate for the project ensures you know which roles you’ll need, and how much delivering the project will cost.

This course covers how to create estimates for the scope of work on a project, so you have the resourcing and financial information you need for creating client proposals, anticipating resource demands, and quickly transitioning to staffing and delivering the project.
