Course Description

Expected Duration: Approximately 45 minutes

The Kantata SX Credit Management course covers how you can set up your customers with a Credit, that they can then use as “payment” for services provided. This includes use cases for pre-purchased services work, and for free or discounted work.  


Learn how to offer a Credit to your customers, invoice for it where applicable, and then draw down against that Credit until it is consumed.

Pre-requisites: Essentials eLearning or familiarity with KSX, Element creation and basic Revenue Recognition concepts.
