Course Description

Expected Duration: Approximately 2 hours

Kantata SX Overview is an introductory level course focused on the key concepts of Kantata SX and the end-to-end professional services lifecycle, from sales/initiation to delivery/invoicing.

In this course we will review the processes and features used by the different functional teams in an organization (e.g., Sales, Resourcing, Delivery, Finance, and Operations)and how those teams interact at different stages of the process. We will also discuss the importance of tracking your time and expenses in Kantata. 

In addition to the readings, resources, and demo videos, this course also includes hands-on labs and activities. Please note that it is recommended that you complete all lab activities from a sandbox environment to ensure you do not impact any information that may be on your organizational Kantata account.


After completing this course you'll be able to:
