Course Description
Expected Duration: Approximately 45 minutes
When your teams are busy, your ability to have a projection of future business and an accurate snapshot of your team members’ capacity to take on the work can help you avoid over utilizing your resources and potential burnout. This course will cover everything from the best practices for developing a staffing strategy, to how to build a pipeline process to project your staffing needs. We will also review how to use the capacity indicators and reporting to support staffing decisions.
In addition to the readings, resources, and demo videos, this course also includes hands-on labs and activities.
