Course Description

Expected Duration: Approximately 45 minutes

Once your project needs have been identified, it’s time to staff the project and get started. But how do you balance project needs with team member's capacity, and ensure that every project gets the right resources while making sure that workload is distributed evenly around your teams? This course will cover a deep dive into the Resource Center and how you can easily align resources with demand.

In addition to the readings, resources, and demo videos, this course also includes hands-on labs and activities. Please note that it is recommended that you either complete the labs from a demo account or make sure to delete any information that may be on your organizational Kantata account.
